I. you’re engaged or celebrating something special…
The date is set and you’re looking for the dress or outfit that feels perfectly you. Whether you’re planning your wedding or want to shine for a special occasion, it all starts with an intake appointment.
During this appointment, you’ll meet Eva and discover her unique way of working. You’ll gain a clear understanding of our process, pricing and timeline for creating a unique silhouette. At the end of the appointment, you’ll decide together whether there’s a genuine connection, after which a “first look” appointment can be scheduled at the atelier in Ghent.
An intake appointment can take place by phone, video call or in-house. It lasts 30 minutes.
II. the first look
You know for sure: you want to go for an Eva Janssens design.
During a first look appointment, our team takes two hours to welcome you into the showroom and let you try on pieces from our collections.
We discuss your budget and the made-to-measure options. A collection piece tailored to your body, a custom design or a couture silhouette created from scratch: anything is possible!
III. the execution
The golden hands in our own Belgian atelier start bringing your design to life.
During your first fitting, Eva refines your outfit completely to your shape, no earlier than three months before your wedding date. The design is not yet finished at this stage, allowing our atelier to adjust the details along the way.
During this appointment, Eva and you take an hour to complete the entire look. A few final adjustments here and there, the right lingerie, shoes and, if desired, accessories; all the details that make your look complete.
We have everything in-house to put the finishing touches in place: a carefully curated selection personally chosen by Eva, featuring mainly Belgian designers.
IIII. the finishing
You’ll come in one final time for your final fitting. Afterwards, you take your perfect silhouette home with you.
Then all that’s left is to wait for the big day! 🦢

the intake appointment
During an intake appointment, you’ll meet Eva and discover her unique way of working. You’ll gain a better understanding of our process, pricing and timeline. An intake appointment is ideal for finding out whether there’s a connection with Eva, and if you’re still unsure whether to choose ready-to-wear or made-to-measure.
If the connection is right, a first look appointment can be scheduled at the end of the appointment.
the first look
Ideally, you’ll come in for your first look at least six months before the wedding/occasion. If you have less time, please contact us, as timing depends on our production peak, but exceptions are possible.
During this appointment, our team welcomes you into the showroom in Ghent to try on pieces from the collections, take your measurements, carry out a figure and colour analysis, and ultimately sketch out your unique design.
This appointment is still completely without obligation. At the end of the session, you can choose to have your design developed further, or take a little more time to let everything sink in.

You can meet Eva for an intake appointment as far in advance as you wish, up to around six months before your wedding.
We recommend scheduling your first look at least six months before your wedding date.

We offer several options:
Collection:
At our atelier in Ghent, you’ll find all of Eva’s designs from our collections. If one of these designs is exactly what you’re looking for, it can be made to your measurements.
Custom:
With a custom silhouette, you take inspiration from pieces in our collections, while adding your own personal touch together with Eva.
The colour, choice of fabric, details and more are adapted based on your wishes, your figure and colour analysis, and of course Eva’s experience and input.
Couture:
Do you already have a clear vision of your dream outfit? Or perhaps the opposite: you have no idea which silhouette you want to get married in?
In that case, Eva and you start from a blank canvas and create a personal design that exceeds all your expectations!

Bridal
Prices range from € 2,000 to € 5,000, depending on the design, choice of fabric and alterations. Each design is made to measure, and you can discuss your budget with Eva during your first look.

If, after your first look, you decide to have your design developed further by Eva and her team, you’ll pay a first deposit. After the first fitting, you’ll pay a second deposit, with the remaining balance due when you collect your dream silhouette at your final fitting.
Prices may vary depending on the choice of fabric and cut. Our prices start from € 1,500.

The atelier in Izegem is where these creative ideas are brought to life by our golden hands: four hardworking women who have now been working with Eva for more than 10 years.
